My recent gourmet getaway at Eagle Rock was a delightful experience that combined culinary delight with stunning views of the British Columbia landscape. As a landscape photographer, I appreciated snuggling up in the 10-foot "window seat" in the guest living area, sipping delicious coffee, and immersing myself in the beauty outside. The culinary offerings at Eagle Rock were a true highlight. The breakfast menu, filled out upon check-in, boasted ingredients from local farmers, adding a fresh and authentic touch to each meal. I particularly enjoyed the homemade soup and True Grain baguette from Blue Grouse Estate Winery, expertly paired with a glass of wine, all enjoyed in the expansive guest living room.Guests at Eagle Rock also have the opportunity to indulge in a special three-course menu crafted by Chef Maartyn Hoogeveen during the Cowichan celebration. This culinary experience, combined with the warm hospitality of the hosts, made my stay truly memorable. Whether you're a food enthusiast, nature lover, or simply seeking tranquility in a beautiful setting, Eagle Rock is an ideal choice for a relaxing and delicious getaway.
